Amakazariso is a quiet inn nestled between the mountains at an altitude of 900 meters, further up the mountain path from Otari Onsen, which is known as a secret hot spring.
From the time when buds emerge from a long winter's sleep, to the refreshing green season as spring turns to summer, to the fertile autumn when the fields and mountains are brightly colored in the clear air.

Please enjoy a full course meal centered around Japanese cuisine, including fresh char freshly harvested from the fish tank, grilled Shinshu brand beef and Shinshu premium beef on a ceramic plate, exquisite handmade soba noodles made with clear water, and seasonal tempura made with wild vegetables and mushrooms.
We also offer a variety of local sake to accompany your meal.

Boasting a flow of 240 liters of hot water per minute, which is valuable for a secret hot spring in the mountains, both the indoor and outdoor baths, separated by men and women, are fed directly from the source.
